HIIT Classes

Our signature workouts mix strength, cardio, and core in small, coach-led groups. Every day’s program is unique — you’ll never repeat a workout or get lost in the crowd.

Transformation Coaching

Our most powerful starting point. Get a full reset with workouts, nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability from your Transformation Coach. Designed for total life change — not quick fixes.

Semi-Private Training

A focused, small-group format built for performance and progress. Train alongside 2–4 others with hands-on coaching in strength, conditioning, or sport-specific sessions like dry swim and track work.

1:1 Personal Training

Individualized coaching tailored to your goals, pace, and ability. Ideal for beginners, advanced clients, or those rebuilding strength post-injury.

Specialty & Low-Impact Programs

I’m not in great shape — can I still join?

Absolutely. Every class is coach-led with modifications for all fitness levels. You’ll be supported and challenged at your own pace — no judgment, just progress.

What makes Voltage Fitness different from other HIIT gyms?

We keep our classes small so you actually get coached, not just counted. Every session is unique, focused on form, and built around real results — not cookie-cutter programming.

Do I have to commit to a long-term membership?

Nope. You can start with a Free Trial Class, a 4-Week Challenge, or a short-term plan to test the vibe before committing. We make fitness flexible and approachable.

How often should I train to see results?

Most members train 3–5 times per week and start noticing progress within the first few weeks — especially when combining workouts with our Transformation Coaching and nutrition guidance.

What if I have an injury or need low-impact workouts?

We’ve got you covered. Our coaches can modify movements for any injury or limitation, and we also offer low-impact and rehab-friendly programming to keep you moving safely.

How is Strong Life different from other chiropractors?

Every session here is a full one-on-one hour, not a rushed 5–10 minute visit. We combine chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, and strength training to help you get lasting results — not just quick fixes.

Who do you typically work with?

We specialize in helping active adults and athletes, especially women ages 40–55, who love fitness, CrossFit, yoga, or strength training. Our goal is to keep you strong, mobile, and pain-free so you can keep doing the things you love.

Do you accept insurance?

We’re a cash-based clinic so we can focus on the care that actually gets you better, not what insurance dictates. We’ll provide receipts you can submit for possible reimbursement.

How long are sessions?

very appointment is a full 60 minutes. That time is completely focused on you — no cookie-cutter care, no rushing, just personalized treatment and a clear plan forward.
