Lost 16 Pounds in 5 Weeks
I stumbled upon L&D Fitness on an ad on social media. I usually scroll right by fitness ads, but this one caught my eye and they really seem to want to help people despite money. David is extremely friendly (and funny!), and you’ll feel totally comfortable if you’re like me and have gut wrenching social anxiety.
David gave me a 6 week workout plan, verbal/text motivation, and a specific diet to follow which REALLY helps if you’re kitchen challenged lol. I cheated a couple times (just being honest), but 16 pounds in 5 weeks so far and a HUGE change in my clothes is a tell tale sign that David knows what he’s talking about. Now it’s so easy to think past cravings and make smart choices. I could never repay you guys for the jumpstart I needed! Thank you!

Transformed My Body and Confidence
One of the best and challenging experiences I have ever done! Thank you to each and every coach that helped me reach my goal! I didn’t believe that I could do this with the kids and having a busy schedule as a stay home mom.

Going to L&D has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my health journey. I started their 6 week transformation challenge and it exceeded my expectations! From the consultation to the nutrition, accountability, and workouts I’ve felt so seen, heard, and valued.
Coming into the challenge I was two months postpartum and super nervous to work out. My confidence was very low and I didn’t have a lot of muscle strength. From the first day, I was welcomed by name and felt championed throughout the process. For the first time, I feel stronger, more empowered, and excited to work out! L&D is a one-of-a-kind gem/gym!
