I stumbled upon L&D Fitness on an ad on social media. I usually scroll right by fitness ads, but this one caught my eye and they really seem to want to help people despite money. David is extremely friendly (and funny!), and you’ll feel totally comfortable if you’re like me and have gut wrenching social anxiety.

David gave me a 6 week workout plan, verbal/text motivation, and a specific diet to follow which REALLY helps if you’re kitchen challenged lol. I cheated a couple times (just being honest), but 16 pounds in 5 weeks so far and a HUGE change in my clothes is a tell tale sign that David knows what he’s talking about.
