Absolutely. Most of our members started exactly where you are now. Every workout at Muscle Monkey is coach-led and scaled for all fitness levels, so you’ll always feel supported — never out of place.

What’s a typical class like?

Our 60-minute group functional fitness sessions mix strength, conditioning, and mobility — all designed to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life. The energy is high, the coaching is hands-on, and the Tribe keeps you motivated from start to finish.

Do you help with nutrition or accountability?

Yes! Every member has access to simple, realistic nutrition guidance and goal check-ins with our coaches. We don’t believe in quick fixes — just real habits that keep you consistent and confident long term.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind. We’ll take care of everything else — coaching, encouragement, and a Tribe that’ll make you feel right at home.
